It's been almost two months since i signed in here to write...

weight wise it's the same, a lot of BBQ's lately so i'm weaning off the booze (i find beers make me fat, fast)...

Attempting to go to the gym more, lol, i've been swimming but yeah, the gym will help. Trying to get some muscle tone/definitions..my abs are ok, it's more my legs and such. Trying to eat more protein to get more boobs back, i feel flat right now

Time to bid this diary goodbye :)

I'm happy now, staying around 109-111 lbs. I go to the gym once a week, sometimes twice, eat the way i like, and maintaining my curves/muscle tones.

What I do realize after all this time is that as long as i eat healthy and try to move a bit, i'm fine

back from Europe. I'm surprised I didn't gain any weight even though I ate like a glutton all day. 110 this morning

breakfast:
yoghurt w/ papaya (90 + 40)
lion mini bar thing (60?)

snack:
apple (80)
belgian truffles (150)

lunch:
salad (200)

dinner:
cranberry and date bun (350)
apple (80)

Been running around all day yesterday trying to get stuff to clients, meh!
